This limited edition signed print was commissioned by the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the official Mystic Bascule Bridge 100th anniversary.
THIS PRINT IS AVAILABLE IN ONE SIZE (11x17) AND NOT OFFERED FRAMED ONLINE.
The illustration honors the bridge's fine details. The rivets, angles and shadows. The distant Mystic Seaport Museum, riverfront homes and abutting businesses are minimal but maintain detail and color to preserve continuity. The curated selection of beams fade and become abstract to allow for prominent display of the counter balance.
This illustrated rendering of the Bascule Bridge shines bright under the Mystic River sky as it celebrates her grandeur, engineering design and amazing service to boaters, merchants and the community for the past 100+ years.
This illustration is digitally hand-drawn and printed on museum quality, heavy-weight, matte paper.
This print is not offered with a frame. It ships with a protective cardboard backing and official note from the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce.
